| Nan Mee is founded by Mr. Thongkasem Suputhiponge as a chinese bookstore in Bangkok’s Chinatown, with the intention of catering to the Chinese-Thai population. |

| The store is moved from Yaowarat Road to a bigger location on Charoenkrung Road in Bangkok's Chinatown, adding a section for stationery and office supplies. |
